Pros

Smart, collaborative coworkers – Many teams are filled with knowledgeable and helpful people. Flexible remote work – Good work-life balance, especially with remote options in many roles. Strong market presence – As a leader in digital certificates and internet security, the company has industry relevance and job stability. Opportunities to learn – Exposure to cybersecurity, digital trust, and working with global teams. Supportive managers (in some teams) – Team culture can be positive and communicative depending on your department.

Cons

Growing pains from acquisitions – Organizational changes and lack of alignment between legacy systems and acquired brands (like GeoTrust). Limited career growth – Advancement opportunities can be unclear or slow unless you’re in the right org. Mixed communication from leadership – Strategic direction and internal messaging can be inconsistent or unclear. Technical debt – Some systems are outdated or overly complex, making implementation slower than expected. Heavy reliance on a few teams – Some critical decisions get bottlenecked, and cross-team collaboration can be siloed.

Pros

- People know who you are, you work across teams, collaborate with different orgs, and all around have more access to leadership than in any company I've worked! - The product works and is a must-have! It's a solution that almost every company in almost every industry needs! - People want you to succeed! Everyone is so positive and willing to help, it's a breath of fresh air.

Cons

- Transformation is disruptive, more transparency would be welcome.
