      When I started at Digicert, the company felt like a community.

      The newer leaders are only focused on the bottom line and see their workers as disposable and as mere marks on a page.

      On the Ups!

      Pros

      DigiCert is a very stable company. It currently allows hybrid work which is great for supporting employee work-life balance. The benefits are great--they aren't scraping by there like some other companies are. I love the people I work with.

      Cons

      Current economic downturn has led to cutbacks. We're owned by private equity so they only care about profit, and that shows up more and more over time (perks are always being cut bit by bit when there's an economic slowdown but never reinstated when the general clime improves again). There is not a lot of leadership transparency. Comp is a little low compared to other tech companies.
