      Pros

      Amazing co-workers (that are remaining). Flexible hybrid schedule.

      Cons

      Short sighted goals. Culture was killed 3 years ago. Morphed into the typical cutthroat sales environment. Insane levels of cronyism with unfit candidates left unchecked for years. This is the beginning of the end for a once great company and culture. Now masked behind archaic corporate jargon and nonsense scheming behind the scenes. It's a sad fall from grace to witness.

      Pros

      -Paid below market rates but used to have great flexibility that offset the lower pay. -Great people.

      Cons

      -Over the past 2 years, more and more work has been added with only 2-3% pay raise has meant that I am losing out on compensation rates that the market would provide elsewhere. -Great people, yes. Not great management. They are no longer very concerned with the PEOPLE who are doing the work. Just the WORK that's being done.
