Pros

Very casual atmosphere. Most people don't put in their full 40 hour work week but owners don't see because they aren't around that much either. Low stress. Good location with lots of convenient places to eat nearby.

Cons

Most employees are not very happy. Awards are given to people who severely underperform while others are overlooked or taken for granted.
