-Poor management -CEO lets company run amuck with no accountability -Questionable/Degraded ethics and values. Meaning if you chose to work here expect to betray your morals -Public displays of reprimand which shows how unprofessional the company truly is - No growth

There are some great people working there, but the level of nepotism and gossip is insane for anyone with some sort of values and work ethic.

Cons

An incredibly unprofessional, and tribal work environment in Columbia, MD. I do not recommend it for anyone especially former military members used to good order, discipline and loyalty. The CEO is incredibly rude and unprofessional, let's certain people destroy reputations with malicious attempts and rumors. All this is tolerated without any consequence management. I can't recommend this organization to anyone unless one decides to compromise one's values, morals, and ethics to be part of the "in-crowd."

Good health benefits for couples and families.

Cons

Everything else. Lowball offers, crappy management, slow to respond to anything. I'm not sure how they manage to stay in business.
