Great small company with leaders that care

Pros

Company owners are very involved and care about the employees. Pay is competitive with other companies. Employees are able to advance in the company. Spot bonuses and recognition.

Cons

Small business so there are not thousands of jobs to choose from.

Great Business with a lot of Potential

Pros

Fair Salaries and Compensation for hard work. Leadership strives to make all employees feel like family and willing to help out those who may be in a tough spot. Good benefits package especially for Veterans or those in the Reserves. Leadership has been honorable/true to their word. Growing company with lots of potential.

Cons

Their a subcontractor for most of the programs their under which means they sometime have to change policies just to meet changes that are being enforced through the prime. However, during the annual Christmas party they shared where the company stands and some of the new work they've bid on so this could change.

Excellent Small Business to Work At

Pros

- Company leadership is involved at all levels with the clients and employees - Company tries to promote from within and have done so in my current position - Great benefits structure and annual salary/compensation reviews

Cons

- Still small so difficult to move to other positions but they are growing so I expect that will change.
