Pros
They do raise reviews for the employees every three months. I have never heard of a job giving raise reviews every three months before so knowing that if I work hard I can get my pay increased consistently is a huge bonus. The people complaining in their reviews that the increase drops from $0.50 every three months to $0.25 every three months are missing the point that they are getting raises every three months. I worked at jobs where I worked two years for a $0.10 raise. The level of ungrateful greediness is amazing with these individuals demanding more more more at a company that is bending over backwards to do the right thing and reward hard work.
The company also has full medical coverage, as in whether you need single, couple, single plus kids or a full family. Most of the companies out here only provide the government mandated single person coverage. You can also get real cheap vision and dental if you need it.
The company was also really helpful when it came to me needing some time off. They didn't give me a hard time or anything they just added me to the calendar, scheduled another resource to cover my shift and that was that. Individuals complaining about not having a hard number are failing to realize the only people being let go are individuals who had over 15 days out in a 12 month period of time.
Management has given rides to people that needed it because of car trouble. In fact the President loaned his car to an employee when theirs broke down.
This company is great. Don't listen to the unmotivated snowflake reviewers.
Cons
It would be great if the back parking lot could be paved. I know that is probably the landlords fault, but the gravel isn't great for parking.
