Great place to kick off a tech career

Pros

The schedule was very flexible, you could choose to be part time or full time and they had plenty of positions for both. The job itself is fun if you like playing around with apps and testing them. Got to test a lot of cool games and get some experience in software QA

Cons

Work time was strictly monitored- you might be in trouble if you took longer than the given hour for lunch for example. Pay was very entry level

Pros

Easy to make friends with co-workers Relaxed work environment Enjoyable Work Skill-set that will stay with me my entire life

Cons

Those friends get fired, constantly surrounded by new faces. It is NOT a relaxed work environment. When Jeremy gets it in his mind to fire you, your manager is CONSTANTLY keeping tabs on you until they feel they can legally terminate you without retaliation. You begin to enjoy your work and have pride for it, and then they move you somewhere else because someone with seniority (management) wants your job.
