Benefits are ok. Good opportunities for entry level people

Cons

Lack of talent across the organization. Constant challenges company wide due to poorly trained IT staff. Everything from the equipment, tools used, and even the building are outdated. The offices in Marlborough are in desperate need of a cosmetic refresh.

Cons

DCU is on a hiring blitz but seems to be going away from the "family" orientated credit union it use to be. Sales are more important than customer service. Dwindling support for internal long term employees demising.

They hire from within on most promotions. Typically upper management notices hard focused employees. Very focused on great customer service, they dont just talk the talk, they also walk it as well. Benefits are good.

Cons

Pay scale is low. Play favorites, offer some employees more slack than others. Not consistent with warnings or fair.
