Overall experience was negative

Pros

Had the opportunity to speak my mind but at a direct cost to job security. My experience was very negative. People work hard and want to produce good work.

Cons

Wages are below the industry average. Management is inexperienced and unable to embrace change. Culture is caught in an archaic cycle and they are not able to see their own faults. Management does not embrace a work smarter mentality, just get it done. There is a lot of rework that has to be done due to lack of research and prepatory tasks. Employees are not investments. No training and no career path for advancement.

Great employees, terrible management.

Pros

Gym, subsidized cafeteria, game room

Cons

Overworked. Mandatory overtime. Lowest pay in the industry. If's like being back in high school again. If a manager does not like you, you'll never get promoted. They'll lie to you repeatedly until you get frustrated and quit or they'll just give you the cold shoulder and stop talking to you and hope you leave.

Pros

They have great benefits and fun incentives for their employees Great company benefits - Fun Annual Outing Free Food Game Room Gym

Cons

Low salary compared to other credit unions and banks, under staffed departments. Promotions based on management liking you and not based on skill or knowledge. Scheduling Conflicts Not much growth potential Hours are not good for family life and difficult to get time off at times. Bonuses are far few and between. Constant turnover due to low wages. Senior management is overpaid, while the employees doing all the work are underpaid.
