      Nice people and good benefits, but low pay

      Pros

      The benefits were pretty good but who knows now b/c they are merging w/ another credit union. The people who worked there were nice.

      Cons

      The pay is low and the opportunity to move up is limited. Its a call center Job and those jobs regardless of the company are not the best unless you really enjoy that kind of work. Its an okay place to work but if you can do better in terms of pay and type of job I would look elsewhere.

      Pros

      The team is really helpful and supportive in every way. There is a collaborative work environment, and plenty of opportunities to learn and grow within your role.

      Cons

      HR was well aware at the time of hire that I would require STEM OPT in the future, and I even had email conversations confirming this. However, when it was time for me to apply for the STEM extension (which I was responsible for filing and only needed the company’s E-Verify number), they refused to provide it. This lack of support created unnecessary challenges and jeopardized my visa status, despite my transparency during the hiring process.
