You do not have room to grow because they need more reps. When positions become available you will not have much of a chance because other employees who have been there longer need that position. If you are late one minute it will count agaisnt you, and you cannot have more than 3 in a years time otherwise they kick you out the door. Your adherence will never be in your favor because if you are on a call and it pushes u into ur break, you basically have to not take a break at all or ur adherence (which counts on ur monthly analytics) will count agaisnt you

Base pay is average but when you figure in the benefits, it's not so bad.
