Pros

A lot of learning on a job. The pace is very fast, sometimes you have to perform several tasks. In my book - it's what makes a good IT guy. Management is open to any new things. The atmosphere is relaxed.

Cons

For the same reason, for some people coming from structured, divided responsibilities environment it might be hard. But again, if 'easy' is what you are looking for, then you might as well move to Florida :-)
