      Pros

      DCU offers great benefits including a generous 401k match. If you work in the corporate office, there is a great fitness center available for $3 per week.

      Cons

      Senior management is overpaid, while the employees doing all the work are underpaid. Some managers are extremely unappreciative- they will take credit for your ideas! If you are one of the chosen "few" you will have a wonderful experience. Some managers will ask you to work and tell you not to record the time on your timesheet because they don't want to pay the OT.
