A lot of red tape and micro management. There was a CEO change last year, and although there has been a lot of good, the community overall is struggling with the immense amount of change. There also is a lack of diversity at the top, and there doesn't seem to be much concern about that- but people notice. There also isn't a ton of mobility

Pay is horrible Training is horrible You get little pay which you can’t survive off. Even if you have 10 years experience they start you at a base minimum wage $18 an hour ??????? Also the force you to have a bank account with them to deposit your checks. To me that’s illegal and not only illegal but a way to look and see what you do with your money. You can transfer it out but they limit how much you can transfer a week. The reason the say is fraud but if you are an employee, and you have to worry about fraud with them maybe they shouldn’t be an employee. Just saying. $18 an hour for the amount of work you do in the information center is absurd.
