Back stabbing environment. I was highly micromanaged. Worst company to work for, very stressful environment. Supervisor will block you from moving up to a better position.

Cons

Environment of favoritism: Supervisors devalues their workers. It's an environment of stagnation.

Corporate office is ran by old timers that barely show up and you can do anything you want as long as you turn your work in on time and show up to meetings.

Cons

Corporate office is sexist and plays favorites. Sexual harassment gets swept under the rug and managers that been there long are allowed to do anything they want. Bonuses and promotions are favor-based, not skills or tenure. Low pay for newcomers.
