      - Wonderful company message for treating customers - Great low level team members - Free breakfast/lunch at office - Good office location

      Cons

      - Deceptive job descriptions - Over bloated teams with all the work being done by the I’s - Management that aims to play teammates against each other - Management avoids putting anything in writing to ensure no accountability for questionable actions - Expectations never put in writing to ensure you can never meet them therefore are always able for ridicule

      Lovely but with cons

      Pros

      Incredible team environment, everyone there was supportive of growth and making your own path. Hard work is 100% noticed and manager to employee relations can not be understated. All around learning spectrum, lean simplicities as a teller to higher level credit portfolio management of upwards of 3 billion dollars. Incredibly generous with time off and understanding different employee issues.

      Cons

      Operation system for banking is archaic, consistent tech problems. Policy is not enforced all around, leading to discrepancies in service and angry members. Some policy's are inefficient and waste more time/do more harm than good. Managers sometimes don't understand systems or policy's themselves, making them un-reliant.
