      Great benefits. Great Training . Good bonuses .

      DCU does not know how to keep employees. The place is like a revolving door . There are so many great Credit Unions to work at DCU is not one of them . They push sales way too hard .Lazy management who only care about getting Visas and loans .

      *Management seems to be pretty tone deaf and doesn't care much about their employees as people. *The pay was TERRIBLE for the amount of work put in *Promotions are based on the amount of time you are there rather than the amount of work you put in
