Pros

DCU pays well and offers good benefits.

Cons

They are never and probably will never be fully staffed so your taking inbound calls for 4 hours and then you get an hour lunch and then you take inbound calls for another 4 hours. There is always a queue of at least 50 customers on the line waiting.

- Decent benefits - Weekly Pay - Good opportunity to better understand finances

Cons

- Call volumes have only gotten worse since starting, between 50-200 people in queue waiting to be helped at any given time - Working every other Saturday and two evening shifts a week - I was told I could transfer into another department within 90 days only to find out that I needed to wait 6 months

PTO, Paid Holidays, Bonuses, Free food fridays, flexible scheduling.

Cons

Horrible management, they watch your every move and you must maintain adherence above a certain percentage. You are required to follow a script in order to pass calls but they want you to push sales as well which can be difficult when dealing with multiple angry callers every day.
