Terrible pay, limited growth opportunities.

Communication between departments and across various staffing levels breaks down a lot (but they are working to address it) Pay isn't enough. They have done a few small things to address it, but in checking similar jobs in my area I found I was underpaid by over $10K compared to others in the same position and with the same level of experience. When criticized for it, upper management will often respond that their averages are meeting industry averages, they have great benefits, etc. Work/life balance can also be a huge struggle depending on your department
