Honestly one of the best places I’ve worked. The people are amazing and DCU truly understands what it means to value staff. Empasis on training and make sure staff are equip to do their jobs

Cons

I can think of anything. I honestly enjoyed my time are DCU. One thing would be more upward mobility. Most people stay in one position for a really long time.

Good training program, good benefits package, definitely focused on helping members rather than just making a profit off of them

Cons

Very low pay, with raises to match. Things can get rather monotonous at times as well. Upper management very stuck in their ways on how they do things.

If your college student or looking for part time job this is great. The pay is great and they are very flexible with hours. Easy to move up in the company if you are looking for something long term.

Cons

If you don't like talking to people everyday this job isn't for you.
