Pros

Good pay, good benefits, and free lunches

Cons

Unprofessional, unusual (not in a good way) and uncomfortable place. I have never worked at a marketing place this bizarre. The owner does not focus on doing good work for clients. He is somehow able to give out random bonus money to employees for basically doing nothing. HR tries to get into your business. Everyone is siloed. I’d rather of just worked in a restaurant until finding the right agency to work at. I felt untrusted and also found out the owner was talking behind my back. Yes most of the things you’ve read before this post are completely true. I hoped it wasn’t but found out the hard way.

Pros

I have never worked for a company that cares more for their employees. In particular, the owner is always concerned for his employees and how he can make work better for them and what the company can do for them.

Cons

None, it is an awesome place to work

Pros

Started out a bit more green, but was able to scale up fairly quick. The team was very welcoming and supportive. Love the benefits and the leadership knows a lot and shares that with the rest of the team.

Cons

Was not sure I wanted to be at a smaller, boutique agency, but so far, so good.
