Pros

Some passionate staff remain, though they have been leaves in droves.

Cons

The company is a shadow of what it used to be. Nepotism at every level (promos and leadership roles go to incompetent friends of Bratin and co), leadership is utterly clueless, lurching from half baked strategy to strategy. They have clearly stated that “employee satisfaction is not a core tenant of DO”.
