      Pros

      The culture at DigitalOcean is like no other. Everyone is very kind and helpful. It's as though everyone's mission is to look out for everyone else. It's a truly unique atmosphere.

      Cons

      Honestly, there is not a con that I can list. The organization all around is AMAZING! Hopefully, the company will keep it up. In my experience, most employers rapidly turn to mediocre places to work.

      Pros

      DigitalOcean has hired some great people who are committed to the success of the company. Some teams are a joy to work with.

      Cons

      DigitalOcean's culture and people operations are below par, primarily due to an inexperienced and unprofessional employee experience leadership team.

The perspective is disappointing and definitely a bit surprising, given that the overwhelming majority of feedback from Glassdoor and our own internal engagement survey specifically notes our employee experience as one of the highlights of working at DigitalOcean.       Growing the right way

      Pros

      Perks like you wouldn't believe, amazing people team helping you have the best experience possible as an employee, and arguably the best office space in New York City!

      Cons

      Not really any cons to share. They have their standard growing pains of any true "start up" that is adding lots and lots of talent and making sure they deliver a top notch product.
