Pros

fast paced, risk embracing, developer centric culture trying to build a platform that punches up against the competition. lots of energy, good culture initiatives and flexible work life balance

Cons

due to the rate of growth in hiring there's a constant churn of new folks which can make finding the right team to engage difficult. Due to rate of change in environment there is a lack of formalized process in many areas. Senior Management often presents a less than crisp vision of where projects are headed

Thank you for the feedback! Being mindful of people's preferred pronouns and gender identity is an important part of embracing a culture of inclusivity and belonging. I'm glad that was meaningful to you. I'm sorry you felt our approach to other areas of the business was challenging. We try to have a clear framework and guidelines that we trust and empower managers to work within. If there are specific areas that we dropped the ball on that led to ambiguity for you, please share those with us. I'd love to try to add clarity and improve the experience where we can.
