Pros

• Localized instances of effective personnel, functional teams, and viable products remain. • Existing profitability provides a foundation for sustainable operations. • Prior emphasis on organizational values established a coherent cultural baseline.

Cons

• Ongoing leadership turnover is contributing to a shift in organizational identity. • Current priorities appear to emphasize accelerated growth over long-term sustainability. • Opportunities for deliberate engineering practices and incremental improvement may be underutilized. • Incoming leadership may not fully assess existing teams, technologies, or institutional knowledge, leading to redundant efforts. • Employee capabilities are not consistently evaluated or leveraged, reducing effective role differentiation.

Pros

The opportunity here is endless. No seriously, you could work 24/7 and there would still be work to do because the goal post keeps moving.

Cons

Lack of alignment, lack of development, lack of communication, mixed messaging. Everything is a priority, until the priority changes and then the next thing is your new priority and the last thing gets tossed. This is a thankless organization. We are expected to have a “founder mindset” without founder benefits or compensation. Further, leadership not only doesn’t care, but openly chastises employees who ask questions about employee benefits or environmental impacts of our data centers. As a side note: negative reviews seem to be getting removed from Glassdoor periodically even constructive ones that are in line with the community guidelines.
