Pros

Very few left. Work life balance is still almost ok, but recent changes are pushed massively against these values.

Cons

I've been at this company for several years to see it degrading from an awesome company to a place that I dread, spiralling down into a toxic environment where hate against your peers is not only unpunished but encouraged. In the last weeks alone several amazing engineers with ton of experience and environmental knowledge left, and they literally said "anyone's free to leave". Well, yes, but that's not exactly what you want to hear from someone who cares about their teams. About diversity: the leadership team is now only males, all belonging to the same culture. I'm wondering about the hiring process there, in fact I have strong doubts there was anything fair at all.

Pros

Met some really nice people, great perks of a typical tech "startup"

Cons

The worst experience I have had in my career. Completely bypassing HR to hire people at the VP/executive level who were abusive, condescending, inappropriate and incompetent. I would never recommend anyone work on the Accounting/Finance team.

Pros

Used to have some of the best engineers and line managers until 40+ % were cut.

Cons

Tyrannical and ignorant executive leadership who can't be bothered to understand their business well enough to know how to lead it successfully. Minds change and reorgs happen far too frequently. Direction to teams is poor to nonexistant. A clear interest in cutting costs by cutting staff and outsourcing.
