Straight up false promises and deception (lower bonuses than contracted, false promises of stock options and stock options alternatives).. No work-life balance for top performers. No job security for top performers. No consequences except warnings for bullies.

DigitalOcean is the best place to work because everyone values personal as well as professional growth. The Team Leads and Managers are friendly in a lot of ways and they support you even in your mistakes. They have amazing perks and benefits that make you more enthusiastic to work.
