Great employee focused culture, great benefits - you wont miss any even if you are coming in from a big listed company. Folks are very helpful across all the organizations.

Cons

At times, the open culture and freedom is abused by the employees by criticizing small minor aspects of policies set by the org.

We like to think we offer great benefits, and you are correct that while empowering our employees also comes the risk of some abuse. But we think the tradeoff is worth it and we will always default to trust. Perks like you wouldn't believe, amazing people team helping you have the best experience possible as an employee, and arguably the best office space in New York City!

Cons

Not really any cons to share. They have their standard growing pains of any true "start up" that is adding lots and lots of talent and making sure they deliver a top notch product.
