      Great Work Environment, Trending Towards Greatest

      Pros

      You get to work alongside extremely smart people, for a company that truly cares about your well-being. Even remote employees are taken care of, with monthly gift boxes and best-effort attempts to make them feel involved with in-office events. Great office if you live in NYC (or Toronto!) and very remote-friendly if you're not. Depending on your team, there's lots of room for growth and upward mobility.

      Cons

      Communication between teams is far from perfect, but is improving. A number of cliques, and some teams are a bit disconnected from the rest of the org, sometimes by choice and other times for no clear reason. Engineering organization has changed several times over the past year.

      Pros

      This is the first place I've worked that truly felt like home. My co-workers are like family and immediately welcomed me in. This is the first office I've seen that's completely devoid of any workplace drama (that I've seen) There's lots to do and plenty of ways to improve, but the opportunity and potential for what DO can accomplish puts this company at the top of my list of "Best Places to Work" Plenty of great perks, great collaborative culture in an open office environment, very talented co-workers in all departments (marketing, community, technical roles, engineering) The executives have a clear vision and are always approachable and down to earth.
