Pros

Nice offices and travel perks.

Cons

Teams and management are completely disorganized. Little fiefdoms trying to push through agendas that weren't company or business related. Some of the teams I was involved with were very group think and had no interest in any dissenting opinions.

Pros

Remote work is the ultimate perk. Pays above market for a reason.

Cons

Engineering is totally dysfunctional team. Directors/Managers focused on upwards reporting & status updates & serious turf wars. Everything has an "angle". "Fun culture" is having a video on your presentation. Many facilitators, not many people actually doing work. Don't bother bringing new ideas to the table. They will only be heard if coming from a select group of old-timers.
