Pros

There are some very intelligent, very creative people that work here. The Rittenhouse Square offices were nice with an and artsy, fun look.

Cons

To be fair, I am rating the original company MBC. However, many of the same people, and I understand that many of the same negative attitudes remained. There was favoritism, overwork, lack of direction from management, unaccountable developers, and rampant gossip. This was the worst job I ever had.

Pros

Good people at the employee level. Cool setting. Good location.

Cons

Endless meetings dedicated to self-glorification of management and motivational programs aimed at making you a happy little worker drone. Hire and fire mentality. Long hours and manufactured panics with no concern for employee well-being. You are being watched by multiple levels of management.
