Pros
The benefits package is unbelievably great. There are a lot of internal seminars to learn new and inventive marketing tactics. Food is always around and free!
Cons
Say goodbye to professional behavior and ethics. This is the most political and worst team environment I have ever spent time in. Management expects people just out of college, with one year experience to train new employees. They are hiring too many too quickly and anyone with talent is stepped on or over by other "team" members. Management is only looking to stay on top and throw others under the bus when issues arise. Since the agency is completely digital getting even the simplest things produced is an absolute nightmare.
