I work alongside bright, social and creative people. The senior leadership on my team is supportive and inspiring. The company is successful and has kept hiring during the economic depression.

Cons

Not much flexibility in your career path -- promotions happen very systematically and only two time per year, and must be planned in advance.

Exciting place to work because senior management is pushing the boundries of what a digital agency can do and pushes the kind of work that can be done for pharma clients.

Cons

Sometimes too process oriented. Salaries are not great, so the cream of the crop end up leaving.

Flexibility, growth opportunity, knowledge sharing, the trainings are great! Offices are great, great benefits. Great life balance. They organize contests and stuff where you can win iPads for instance.

Cons

Led by marketing team who doesn't always consult with team before making decisions, very low salaries.
