Pros
The pros would have to be the people. There are some really solid folks who I worked with here.
Cons
Management is a disaster. They aren’t on the same page about anything and would have us doing one thing and then another manager would come and question why. They merged two positions and then lowered the pay and when asked for a raise I was told no. There’s zero support from management.
