Nothing is pro, there is no proper work life balance and all old tech stacks are used

Cons

There are so many cons 1. There is no proper time shift, employees have to work till 10-11 at night 2. All old tech stacks are used 3. No job security - they are removing people anytime 4. Lunch provided is also bad and they are not changing vendor
