In addition to our culture, our flexible work policy (including remote), Recharge Weeks, meeting-free Wednesdays, Global Day of Service and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are just some of the initiatives designed to help reduce stress and make Diligent an even better place to work. To your point on acquisitions, we understand that they can be disruptive, but they are also a strategic way to help us accelerate our vision. From our recent acquisitions, we understand that we have some work to do around streamlining our processes and further integrating the teams.
