      Pros

      While impacting the business, your team and your career often feel incremental at larger organizations — the opportunity to make an impact at Diligent is massive. Joining Diligent has allowed me to bring industry knowledge and best practices to the organization while also widening the aperture of my experience and remit. It's refreshing and rewarding to work at an organization where leadership is receptive to new ideas and willing to invest in people and projects.

      Cons

      The breakneck velocity at which we move and competing priorities are challenging. However, I am confident that these will improve as the organization, processes, and teams continue to mature.

      I've recently joined Diligent & so far my experience has been great! The people are friendly, the product is good & the customers are happy with their experience with the company & like the tool. I see a long term future here & would definitely recommend it.
