Somewhat competitive pay and good work-life balance

Cons

Managers are strictly numbers focused and have an old school style of work harder not smarter, "just make more dials". Some managers won't even meet with their team members when they ask for time. If you have a differing opinion on something, keep it to yourself or you will be penalized for voicing it. Extremely difficult to move up do to constant org restructuring and sales leaders interviewing without posting job, even on the internal job site

Ive met friends from this company that I still have to this day.

Cons

Managers where so numbers focused that they did not seem human. You'd think the old company man trope was exaggerated but its not.
