It is a great place to work if you are an Engineer and wants to learn the latest technologies. They are migrating the legacy codes to the latest industry trends so lot of opportunity to learn new stuffs. Diligent has heavy reliance on AWS, will get to learn a not about AWS.

Cons

Nothing much but they are a bit strict on work from office policies

Cons

A lot of change in Management causing uncertainty across Org, Unethical practices in performance management, Unethical practices in redundancy selection, Not enough focus on making strong leaders with proper training.
