Pushing out good leaders and replacing them with incompetent ones, with no experience for its function nor people management skills. Vague and duplicative roles. Reward diligent folks with more work and measuring a fish in its ability to climb a tree.

For a GRC/ESG company. They forgot the G and S. Starting with salary. Huge discrepancies of salaries depending when the new person started. Someone that started this year is getting at least 10k less than a person doing the same job hired the year before. And this is the same across ALL regions. So much for equity and transparency! If you still work there I suggest asking your colleagues about salaries. Middle management is a joke. Some people in director level just have the role because that was favouritism and not for competence. Zero people skills, zero interest in learning the work their team does. Teams morale are going to the ground every passing day. Sales over promising a product that is not ready. Lacking the technical knowledge to engage with clients. Poor CSMs hired at peanuts wages, and expected to handle EVERYTHING ! This is a sinking ship! No career progression unless you become a managers favorite. Raises and bonuses are laughable.
