Diligent is a fantastic place to grow your career, with competitive compensation, benefits and PTO policy, and a positive culture with a talented and friendly team that is passionate about achieving an ambitious vision. The work is never boring. Things move at a fast pace and you will learn and grow just as quickly.

Cons

The GRC industry is complex and there is a lot to learn, especially as you start out, but it is extremely interesting and fulfilling work.
