dillards---the style of your life---crazy, unorganized, and rude?

reasonable hours decent pay free to sell, merchandise, etc as you please more than minimum wage paid "family" company and atmosphere

Cons

no appreciation of employees--i was there for 3 years and the store manager still doesn't know my name! old fashioned ways of running business--get some hints from macys! drives you to insanity--coworkers who had been there for 15 years are bonkers! pay cuts! no days off from thanksgiving to after new years

Cons

Working hours, no days off in a high season ( like Xmas). A lot of physical work when the shipment comes.
