Pros

Great food, can make decent money, fairly relaxed wrk environment. Family-like environment.

Cons

Management was a little nutty (some of them). Like any place it has it's up and downs. I have worked at worse places.

Pros

Flexible with schedule. Co-workers are very helpful and fun to work with. There is little in the way of micromanagement which allows you to do your job in effectively. In terms of the restaurant industry this is one of the better and consistent places to work

Cons

Events can involve long hours. The work can be very physically demanding at times. Needed event supplies are sometimes in short supply.

Great food and atmosphere. Pay is very competitive and the benefits are good. The people that work there generally love their job.

Cons

They will work you 18 hours a day 7 days a week, literally. They only cared about what was going on in their four walls and could care less about you or your family.
