Learned alot about bbq. Enjoyed my co workers. Worked close to home.

Cons

Management at the time treated us like criminals. Judgement and robotic.

Good money (for servers at least). Camaraderie among co workers was ever present. Great relationships between all staff

Cons

Not many. Time off in the summer is very hard to get.

Pros

Great training, leadership and development, a company you can really grow with. Over the top passion from top to bottom, owners and operators to servers and cooks. Very competitive pay scale across the board.

Cons

Have not expanded into the South yet...Only expanding in major markets. Can sometimes overlook core values that started the Company as they grow.
