      Negative energy through out company Office staff and one night supervisor are liars. Company does not care about employee well being, they are just interested in making themselves a profit. DO NOT WORK AT DIODES!!!!!!!!

      Pros

      Benefits ok, long weekends. That's all I can think of.

      Cons

      Upper management always reaping benefits. Seems most everyone gets a healthy bonus except the peons in the fab. Every year you're promised more, but alas it never comes. They demand more output than their man power or very old tools can handle. Advancement options are limited. Pay raises are in tiny increments.

      Opportunity for advancements are very limited, almost non exsiting Not concerned with personal and professional development of employees No recognition of achievements
