Consistent and positive interaction with HR when I had questions and issues. Timely payroll, never missed a paycheck. Willing to train under appropriate conditions, meaning if trainings are necessary for the job then they will train or offer training assistance. Health, Dental, Vision and 401K.

Cons

A bit slow on uploading accrual of PTO, takes about a week after payroll to see your PTO listed.
