      Pros

      This is a small company spread out across 14 locations. Some people love working here and have excellent managers , and launch into other roles elsewhere with more benefits and job security after completing their contract. If you are a favorite of management, you will be setup to to succeed and have an excellent work environment.

      Cons

      Beware "additional duties as assigned or duties will change without notice" postings. You could face changing goal posts or be assigned to projects without the necessary tools to complete them. Onboarding was he** . Requests for the tools you need to your job will go unanswered and you could will be let go when management looks for someone to blame when the project goes sideways. They can't accept accountability that they didn't give you what you need to be successful, hence the lack of integrity.
