Handling of investigations need improvement. Doesn't listen to what employees needs are. Don't care about the staff.

unprofessional, untruthful, and conniving. in my stay with them, they seemed to care far more about interoffice politics than supporting the us government. i found out they lied about a previous coworker's exit interview, changing the reason for the layoff after the interview was over, lengthening the security investigation process of that individual. they're unprofessional. they'll poke and poke until an employee responds. this is how the contract lost the only employee that was interested in employee advocacy. there's no protection for the contractors from the interoffice politics/drama. avoid at all costs
