The projects are fun and collaborative, and co-workers are friendly, every day brings a new challenge, most of them engaging. Great benefits, and flexible work hours.

Cons

Management is terrible and silences every worker unless they listen to every word management says and does not speak out about issues. Opinions are often glossed over or even recorded as misuse of speech.

The business is making money. The user-base is activated, engaged, and profoundly loyal. The company has room to grow, existing products have significant monetization potential and the culture is kind, quirky, and thoughtful. The company has embraced core products while making smart yet responsible plays on a few moonshots.

Cons

Equity is still hypothetical and not solid target for vesting event has been communicated. The staff is young and energized yet entitlement is a problem. Those who are dedicated to their work clearly thrive.

Toxic Enviorment, Discord would be better to at least have to Support their Staff constantly with the hours we work, and the days we work, We're asked to continue to work on and on, the days we get a break is a rare, and we don't get any good breaks, The only time the company throws a party is the day we actually do something right.
